POEM: THE SERPENT PATH

The Serpent Path

“I found some old notes going back many years to a time when i was seeking my path, a path i always knew to be there. Over the years i have made many notes and had the thought of making these little notes and thoughts into poems. Here is the first one that is of my very personal journey into Craft, with some up to dates thoughts added too….”

The wheel turns and new times arrive through the gates of destiny.

Old doors clang irreparably shut.

New doors creek and slowly open.

What once was, now no longer is.

What is now, is never to be.

Within the chaos ahead a path intertwined with mine.

A desire.

A change, then never no more.

I dreamed of chaos.

I stood in that labyrinth, that physical labyrinth at midnight and screamed for change in my mundane life.

For deep dark chaos.

A yearning to be taken to the centre, to the darkness, to the desire.

To see what others do not.

To see the hidden.

My hidden was always there in plain sight.

My potions, my healing herbs, my culinarys sitting there on my kitchen shelf side by side with my hexing’s and poisons.

That old, ragged charm over the door, or the worn pouch hung on the tree near the gate. Did you not notice?

Kitchen canisters full of, well not food….

Yet within my healings and spells, a dream of a different future yet untold, took shape.

A shadow, a flickering, a whisper of a way.

A serpent uncoiling.

I was bound to the wrong path, by the false words, the fake hierarchies and the false knowledge.

I knew this.

I desired a way out; I desired truth however dark, that resonated on my soul.

An ancient path that came from before the dawn of human time.

I wanted that which comes from deep within, that which can bind with the without to achieve that perfect balance of dark and light, night and day.

I wanted connection to that deep well of inspiration, that deep dark place within my soul, that source that binds us all not to the Wyrd, but to the complete unknown.

I wanted to stand on the edge of human reality and stir that deep cauldron of truth.

Would i find my place with the energy we know of as the goddess, or would the energy find me?

Would he whom weilded the flaming sword push me and show me the way?

Little did i know at that time, that i had already been found by that force, that energy that was the driving force of all i would come to be.

I wanted to break all the human-set rules, become a part of a soul defining truth that I knew existed. But first I had to know the rules, learn the rules before I could even consider breaking them.

Down, down, down into the dark I journeyed, into the unknown, surrendering, letting go of all I knew.

A solitary journey.

Familiar faces came and went, as I turned away from false priests and prophets.  Yet I surrendered every corner of my life in love and trust and to the deep yearning of my soul.

I saw humanity revealed in a blink of an eye, a creation that knows not its purpose, a carbon footprint echoing briefly upon the shores of time.

I heard the wind whisper long and low and the waves wash over the saddled shores of time at sunset to erase all footprints with just one swift touch.

I felt the serpent awaken.

I waited then and only then for humanity to realise the truth.

The truth I had longed for, searched for and desired.

Deep down, the ‘trait’ within me always knew.

For I was never blind.

I saw the spread, the feast.

The blood on the table laid out before my eyes.

The food of the G-ds.

A painful vision, once seen, never unseen.

I was careful in what I wished for.

In that which I so desired.

Sure and strong and unbending.

I found the chaos, the deep dark chaos.

I found and fought the dragon.

I saw the illusion,

As Mary did.

Both Serpent and Moon at my feet

Dragon and illusion

At last falling into place…

THE PRIORY INVESTIGATES: QUEST NUMBER ONE

  • SPOOKS HILL WARBOYS
  • GEO MAGNETICS & HIDDEN PYRAMIDS

CAN A VEHICLE REALLY MOVE ON ITS OWN WITHOUT ANY POWER?

As a part of our ongoing Priory research and ongoing teachings; we are currently rearching into the unknown and untold history of this planet and the peoples who previously lived here before current day humans; of which not much is known to the world at large, but known to The Priory . However these early visitors have left their everlasting mark upon this planet in the form of many mysteries buried within our landscape including the placement of numerous pyramids.

spooks hill 2spooks hill 1

Thus we are investigating certain energy points, many of which were created and are still hidden within the landscape of the uk. These ‘energy/power’ points, the hidden pyramids infact, are by no means dormant and still give off an amazing amount of power and energy today; geo magnetics in full force which one has to simply experience to believe it.

‘Spooks Hill’ or ‘Spooky Hill’ as it is known locally and is one of several in the fens (another one nearby is situated at Earith) is shown above and is just outside of Warboys in Cambridgeshire; a bit off the beaten track but can be easily found if one is resourceful. It is certainly not much to look at; no magificant edifice or huge standing stones but it is on the edge of a nature reserve; and in actual fact was never meant to be looked at or discovered at all, but the fact remains that here it is and to experience the power of the site for ones self will certainly dispell any scepiticsm. As said it is a place of great power, energy and healing and i can certainly attest to having been ‘zapped’ whilst there! One could ponder on the thought of why the fens? What is about the fens that pyramids were placed here in times past? What did the fens use once to be?

The day we visited was a very windy day, so there was quite a bit of sound distortion in this clip; howerver i cannot account for the picture distortion as this has not happened like this with my camera before, so could it be put down to the magnetics or energy field reacting with my digital camera? At one point the camera switched off completely for no particular reason; something that i have also experienced at standing stones, so i keep an open mind in respect of magnetics and electrics interacting with each other….

So how can one actually prove this power, this energy? This place is known locally as an ‘electric’ or ‘magnetic’ hill having the capability of power to be able to cause stationary cars to move totally on their own and this is something we wanted to experience for ourselves; to either prove or to disprove in the name of true research; for one needs to have an open mind about these things. And the following is what actually happened when we turned off the engine and handbrake…

This video will prove the truth of the hidden ‘energy sources’ which are to be found all over our planet. Where, why and for what purpose you my ask? More will be revealed in time so stay tuned for more updates.

One can clearly see and hear for ones self with this clip that no engine is running at all, yet the car makes its way forwards from a level starting point and travels uphill towards the bridge. If one looks closely at the wheels, they are actually trying to pull away before the car starts to move – proving the power of true magnetics.

Again note that no car engine is running at all and that the car when properly placed on the flat within the magnetic zone, moves effortlessly forwards all on its own and does not run backwards downhill when the handbrake is turmed off. Please go for yourself and discover some of the hidden secrets of our earth plane….

A warrior questing upon the shores of time

Sharing with those willing to ‘see’

Whether we realise it or not, most of us who are reading this do live a fairly good life; we have our daily ups and downs for sure, many of us struggle with health or finances, yet we are able to face our challenges head on as we move forwards in life. Life may not be easy for us, yet it is through our daily challenges that we learn, evolve and grow as people; we learn from life itself; indeed life is continually our ‘go to’ teacher – our learning curve. Our lives are not at all bad really; we do make the time to do the things we love and to surround ourselves with those we love and hold dear. We all work hard yet we still find time for relaxation; we have a choice.

After spending an amazing weekend recently listening to some of the very best musicians,  singers and performers in the world, I felt very happy and very privileged indeed to have the choice to be able to do this. But how can one continue to feel happy amidst all the turmoil and crisis of the world? How can one even consider personal happiness and dwell on such seemingly shallow subjects as ones image and personal appearance, when in other parts of the world innocent children are being blown to smithereens and beautiful creatures are being hacked or tortured to death because various parts of their bodies are farmed by humans for profit?

What of the world of war then – is not war just another ‘stage-managed profit project’ by those in the world with ‘other’ hidden agendas? How many times have we heard the phrase ‘the war to end all wars’?  Yet that never happens and it never will be the war to end all wars, while there is big money involved with one country selling weapons to another country and people behind the curtain forever pulling the strings. One has to ask who really are the ‘good guys’ and who are the ‘bad guys’? The answer if one is savvy enough to delve and to look behind the riddles given is not what one might expect at all….

Go ask yourselves what is the difference between a freedom fighter and a terrorist? Ask yourselves who writes the history books and why and from whose perspective? Known perceptions become deceptions if we turn everything on its head; but thankfully the doors of perception are changing and blinded eyes are now opening. People are beginning to ask loaded questions. Nothing is ever what it seems in this world, yet once the code is cracked the ways of the world start to make more sense and the jigsaw starts to fall into place; we need to look through the smoke and mirrors to see what’s really going on and who is actually pulling the puppet strings.  The thing is, not to be a sheep, get out of the field, be your own person and question everything put before you; lift the veil and really see.

We in the uk can still do this; we still have a choice and can still look down into the depths of the rabbit hole, we can do our own research, look behind the news, behind the media and question it all. As I said the good guys may turn out to be the bad guys and the bad guys knew the truths all along….. If only our eyes were opened.

So what has all this do with my amazing, healing and invigorating musical weekend? Well I was thinking that those of us who are able to find enjoyment and pleasure from our lives – we do need to harvest and harness those fantastic feelings and wonderful energies to use them to good intent within this world; to spread the truths, to educate, to use our energies as a healing, magical process on ourselves so that we can offer up help, truth and healing to the universe for the good of others, yet also on a practical level we need to use our energies to make others aware; to work towards the truths, spread the truths so to wake up the population to what’s really going on in the world and why; wake up to the hidden agendas and to the stage management of events around the globe and to share, share, share.

It’s all about being a warrior; an Ansar walking upon the sphere of time, whether in spiritual or practical mode we all need to keep on fighting, to use our personal inner resources and energies to teach and educate. Luckily, in my life I know plenty of people who are trying to make a difference and who have looked into the mirror of illusion and found it to be very cracked and grubby indeed. Just refuse to be fooled by the media or by what those in power and authority would have us believe; always seek answers and forever search out the truths for yourselves – its time to choose which colour pill to take, for it’s there in your free choice that your destiny awaits….

Coming up to the end of 2014 I am compelled to add another comment; ask another question: true freedom or a fabricated illusion? Only if you understand the question will you also know the answer….

Is life through the mirror always what it seems.....?

A Warrior; always questing upon the sphere of time.

Sharing and teaching the truths to those who are open to receive.

DEW OF THE SEA:

Within the Craft path of the Serpent Priesthood (the Ansar) as within many magical paths, the knowledge of sacred herbs is given. On this path not only is the connection to the earthly plane taught but also of how each herb and stone connects on a universal/multiversal level to a much bigger picture. Everything connects and interacts, everything is of vibration and can act for or against depending on how it is used and from which aspect; different combinations of sacred herbs and stones have different purposes and work on a magical and alchemical level on the mundane plane as well as the spiritual.

Rosemary has been used by practitioners almost since the dawn of time and its heady, pungent, invigorating aroma can transport you back in time to a far distant land, to a time when rosemary was burned in the temples of Greece as an offering to the Goddess and God. The Greeks dedicated rosemary to Apollo, their solar deity, who was acknowledged as the god of medicine, poetry and prophecy. Rosemary is also connected to the snake (Sibbu) and the sword thus connecting directly to the Serpent Priesthood and the teachings thereof. Rosmarinus means ‘dew of the sea’ thus also connecting to the goddess Amulug, Mary Magdalene, Kiam and the universe at every level of understanding through time. The connection to Mary Magdalene who is also known in truth as Kiam is most significant.

Rosemary is a member of the mint family, growing up to one and a half meters tall; its leaves are evergreen and needle-like and it thrives in the

Dew of the Sea

Dew of the Sea

sun soaked shores of the Mediterranean. Breathe in deeply that enticing aroma and be transported to the sun drenched shores of your own imagination. Rosemary was one of the earliest plants to be used for food, medicine and of course magic. The country people of ancient Greece did not have access to any prepared incense, so burnt Rosemary in sprigs on their shrines and it thus became known as the incense bush. Today, gently smoldering the sprigs on charcoal is still the quickest and easiest way of using fragrant rosemary as incense.

Traces of rosemary have also been found in Egyptian tombs which is not at all surprising considering that the Egyptians knew a thing or two about magic… During the middle ages it was used to smoke out devils during exorcism and it was also burnt in sick rooms as a fumigant for many centuries. Rosemary continued to be burnt in hospital wards in France until the present century and was abandoned at about the same time that modern research had actually proved its antiseptic properties.

Rosemary can delay or prevent putrefaction in meat but we are unable to tell if it was first used in cooking for the flavour or to preserve the meat, for in distant times there was no means of keeping meat refrigerated in hot climates. Rosemary has a long folk magic tradition as a love stimulator and many ancient charms and spells use rosemary for this reason. Bridal wreaths were entwined with fresh rosemary and bridesmaids gave sprigs to the groom to symbolize love and loyalty. The plant has and still is used in countless rituals to promote love. Nowadays we can inhale the scent and visualize its subtler energies bringing love and transformation into our lives.

It seems like rosemary has always been in our lives yet to discover its magical properties we have to find how to open a secret door to the abundant garden within….. Aroma is an important tool for magic and ritual as it facilitates the unlocking of subtle pathways to the subconscious. In ritual we transcend our daily lives and become one with our gods and goddesses. A specially prepared incense wafting around the temple or sacred space can quickly evoke an atmosphere of divine worship. In spell casting and magical rites the power to cause change in ones lives can be greatly enhanced by the appropriate incense intensifying and charging the atmosphere.

Rosemary can be used fresh or dried for incense making and the essential oil can be used as an ingredient in oil blends. The ruling planet of rosemary is the sun, its element is fire and its gender is masculine. Its powers for magical workings and spell craft are that of protection, love, lust, exorcism, purification, healing, sleep, youth. It is also burned in order to receive insight and the smoke is inhaled to promote visions. The essential oil can be sprinkled on to cotton wool balls or tissues and taken into exams or placed in a car during long car journeys to aid in concentration and awareness or while at home the oil can be used in a burner for the same refreshing reasons.

Physical Use:
In healing uses rosemary assists the nervous system. It can be made into a into a paste (with olive oil) then added to water for pre-ritual cleansing. Rosemary is used as a representation of union when used within Handfasting Ceremonies, being the suitable replacement of confetti. It is appropriate to use within a Funeral Rite, where onlookers cast the rosemary to the grave. Within the higher degree workings of the Serpent Priesthood, rosemary is the plant that is a part of sacred alchemical and magical combinations.

Magical Use: Rosemary aids intellectual achievements, assists purification, protection, and love. Use rosemary within the Last Rites Service. Rosemary can be used in combinations with other herbs and sacred stones as taught in the Serpent Priesthood as part of a student’s magical training and is part of a sacred alchemical combination within the higher degrees and beyond.

When using herbs for incense making start with simple combinations and then when you feel more confident experiment a bit more. You will soon become familiar with all the correspondences and magical properties. An interesting way to start is to make the appropriate incense for each festival and rites, to be used in your own ceremonies.

Rosemary on its own does make a very divine incense but it also combines very well with other sacred herbs such as sage and lavender. An incense blend which uses half quantities of sage and rosemary or lavender and rosemary (fresh or dried) can be used for purification of the temple, chapel or home and all within including self, clothes, magical tools (if that is your preferred method). It is ideal to burn before a ritual or ceremony of any sort, whilst you are preparing. Let the smoke waft around your temple to cleanse and purify the space. It will create a lovely white smoke that will very easily add the right touch. The aroma is gentle, soothing, almost antiseptic and cleansing in its properties. This incense induces a lovely feeling of relaxation and cannot fail to put anyone in the right frame of mind for ritual, meditation or path working of any description. Please try it, and thoroughly enjoy your experience of Rosemary; the dew of the sea.

.

A Brief History: The holly leaf is originally native to America; it should always be used with caution and care especially in regards to the berries which are poisonous. It is very important to bear in mind that twenty berries do constitute a lethal dose.

The bright red berries and sharp thorns of the Holly are thought of as a tree traditionally sacred to the ‘God of Winter’ and yet interestingly within the Gnostic teachings Holly is aligned with the Goddess and in particular has close sacred associations with Mary Magdalene. It is said that in the past, wands were made of it and used in the recurring ritual battle between the Holly and the Oak, the winter and summer tree kings. Before the Yule tree was born those of Craft would hang a large ball of evergreen and Holly within the home at Yule, the 21st of December. From the ball would be draped red, white and black ribbons and paper roses, apples and oranges. The Holly especially at Yule is often  associated with the Ivy, known in the past as a goddess tree; also being green in midwinter and once again used for decorations and for wand use when twined around a suitable host.  The Holly and Ivy do have further very deep symbolism associated with them, for they represent man and woman, going on forever; the Lord and the Lady; the Holy couple.

Physical Use: For use with potions and healing the holly leaf needs to be ground very finely in a pestle and mortar and then can be made into a paste with olive oil and thus applied directly onto the skin to reduce wrinkles, calm arthritis and for the cleansing of facial tissue. Also the resulting paste can be added to an oil burner within the home to reveal the truth of suspicion. In Craft the potions are always magically charged before use by using an effective ‘charging rite’ specifically taught to Craft.

Magical Use: Hang a small sprig of holly above the door to prevent enemies from entering and to encourage useful spirits to enter the home. Holly is further used within Spell Craft for raising energy and for communication across the five plains and will be used in specific Craft rites and ceremonies of which further knowledge and wisdom is attained with in the teachings of the path.  Holly leaves when placed under a pillow will enhance travel within dreams.
